In an attempt to take commprehensive nursing to diabetes, the authors carried out the comparative study on emotional changes of normal adult(No. 70), diabetes(No. 70) and neurosis patient(No. 70) from June 1, 1985 to August 30, 1985. by GHQ, SAS, SDS and RT.
The result obstained were as follows ;
1. Comparing with mean scores by GHQ, SAS and SDS Diabetes group were significantly higher than the normal group and lower than neurosis group.
2. The GHQ scores of diabetes group inclined to scores of neurosis group.
3. The SAS scores of diabetes group inclined to scores of normal group.
4. The SDS scores of diabetes group inclined to scores of neurosis group.
5. Comparing with mean scores by RT diabetes group were longer than the normal group, but were nonsignificant.
